Ellis Richman resides in Annapolis' Historic District on Prince George Street and is married to Ingrid Kohlstadt, M.D. -  their daughter is proud to represent  the fourth Annapolitan generation of the Richman family living in Annapolis! Ellis' grandparents owned grocery stores in Annapolis, and many locals remember his father Phil "Doc" Richman who owned Richman's Pharmacy at 90 West Street.

As a third generation Annapolitan who grew up in Admiral Heights, Ellis' 18 years of experience as a leading Multi-Million Dollar Club and Chariman's Circle Realtor (Top 2% Nationwide) has enabled him to sell over seventy million dollars of real estate transactions.
