• What could be more fun than a one-hour trolley ride? There is no better way to learn the Historic District Annapolis MD real estate market.

• See all of the Annapolis’ Historic Homes for Sale. We’ll see homes listed in the Multiple Listing System (MLS) which includes not only single family residences, but also bed and breakfasts that may be for sale!

• The tour list is updated daily. Every day before your tour, the homes that are on the market are scheduled on the trolley’s tour list. As new homes come on the market and homes that are already on the market go under contract, rest assured you are getting the same information that any realtor uses to show homes to buyers.

• The tour is on a new clean, beautiful “historic style” trolley (not to be confused with the public transportation trolleys that the City uses). Large panoramic etched glass windows, beautiful gleaming oak interior, brass rails, tastefully upholstered cushions, and a six-speaker sound system. Of course the trolley is air conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter.
